High season is Jul 1 until Sep 15, and Dec 15 until Jan 15.
We require 25% deposit to confirm a reservation.
We require the balance 30 days prior to check in.

Alterations to confirmed reservations are permitted subject to availability.
For cancellations more than 30 days before checkin, a 10% fee will be charged. For cancellations less than 30 days before checkin, the 25% deposit will be retained. |
